You must contact us via email at BEFORE returning any items. Items returned without contacting us will NOT get to their intended destination.

You must NOT ship items back to our address located in various places on this website. That is NOT where items are to be returned. If they are returned to address we will have to charge you shipping costs for forwarding to our fulfillment center.

If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

If you then wish us to return the item back to you we will have to bill you for shipping.

We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items. Our website if FULLY automated and all orders go directly to the warehouse for packaging and shipping.

Please note our shipping rates apply to the U.S. and not to Canada. Canadian orders will be assessed a nominal shipping fee usually about $19-25 to ship to Canada.
